Refund Policy

Thank you for shopping with Crescent Moon Creations! Each piece is handmade with care, so please read our policy before purchasing.

All Sales Are Final on Custom & Made-to-Order Items Due to the handmade nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges on custom or made-to-order pieces.

Ready-to-Ship Items We accept returns on ready-to-ship items within 30 days of delivery, provided the item is unused and in its original condition. To initiate a return, please contact us at CrescentMoonC@myyahoo.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Damaged or Defective Items If your item arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We will work with you to offer a replacement or store credit.

Refunds Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5–7 business days.

Return Shipping Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost returns.

Non-Returnable Items The following items cannot be returned: custom orders, sale items, and gift cards.
